Manga-style comic made for the Fundación México-Japón manga contest. The objective was to capture an aspect of Mexican culture in a 3-page long manga style format. I decided to go with the city tradition to eat a sweet bread every time it rains and wanted to give it a romantic tint between the main character and the bread, in a clear tribute of the romance genre in manga, specifically referencing Sumiko Arai's work "The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn't A Guy At All".
